Africa’s youth are its greatest asset—over 60% are under 25. Yet, they’re often left out of global conversations like the SDGs.
Muna Kalati’s SDG4Kids Animation Contest invites animators, storytellers, educators, and creatives across Africa to turn the UN Sustainable Development Goals into engaging, child-friendly animations. Let’s inspire change—one story at a time.
Theme:
Inspiring African Children and Youth for Sustainable Development
We're looking for outstanding animated stories that inspire, educate, and empower kids on topics like quality education, healthcare, gender equality, climate action, and more.
Can your story unlock a child’s imagination and hope for a brighter future?
We believe it can! Step up, share your voice, and sign up today to make a difference!

Why Enter?
"Animation is not just entertainment—it’s education, identity, and imagination rolled into one. Let’s use it to build a better future."
Christian Elongue, Founder of Muna Kalati
